can being in sun a lot make CEA spike up a lot

Just a quick question my CEA went up from 25 to 179 in 3 weeks could being in the sun a lot make it spike like that

    Not sure
    As I understand it inflammation can cause a spike in CEA. Things like infections do that.

    Being in the sun a lot shouldn't make a difference, unless if you got toxicity? Did you get sick from too much sun? Severe sunburns, or heatstroke?

    no sun didnt make me sick
    Kathryn no sun didnt make me sick just grasping at straws no infection either just hoping ca hadnt growen willknow Tues though thanks for imput

    seems odd..
    That seems like an awfully big increase to me. I know it isn't easy, but try to wait until you can be retested to get too freaked out. Easier said than done, I know.
