Oops - CT Scan

Well, the wonderful and miraculous news we got on my mom's CT scan was incorrect. They were comparing the most recent scan to the pre-surgery scan. No wonder the mass appeared to have shrunk significantly. Instead, it is simply "stable".

This is good - it was growing rapidly before she started chemo again - we know at least that the Ixempra is keeping it at bay, but still a blow.

The roller coaster continues...

    You know thru this cancer journey we always need to have a GLIMMER OF HOPE. You've got one so hang onto that positive vibe and ride it out. That will get you to the next one and on and on...
