mood swings./helping someone

i have a question nad I hope someone can answer some of my questions , first I would like to know if someone that has been throught what i am having . i recently lost a dear friend who had stage 4 of cancer and just yesterday i was coming back from shopping and saw her son and asked him how was his mother was and he told me that she passedaway on sunday moring at 2am i was so sorry that she did passaway . i am not sure how old she was , and here is another question i live in new hampshire and i would like to know if someone eho needs someone that has been through what this person is going through the same thing i had to . iwould like to kelp tha person seeing what i had to go trought.
