Update:

Mom has asked for prayers for her blood count to come up, it is currently at 6.5 and for her bowels to start moving. She is feeling a little better but there has still been no movement so the blockage remains. She will also see the urologist today. I will update as I know more.


A quick note from Michelle.

Mom came home Friday evening. She was tired and sore but overall seemed in good spirits. Today she had a lot of pain in her upper abdomen. Randy too her to Princeton ER late this afternoon after talking to her surgeon from U of M on the phone. The surgeon felt she should have an abdominal x-ray and they would probably need to do an enema through the stoma. X-ray shows she has a bowel blockage and so they are now in the process of transferring her back to the U of M 7c.

She is hoping this will be a short stay. That they will take care of the blockage and be able to send her home in a day or so. I will update soon and let you all know how she is doing and what is going on.

    Someone had posted their concern earlier as to Bonnie's condition.

    I will continue to keep her in my prayers for her health to get better.

    There is just something about Bonnie and I just think she' wonderful.

    Tell her we say hi and we love her.
