The GOOD Side of 50%
Hi LouAnn
I'd say those "stats" were correct - we've got a 50% chance for it to go either way when we are diagnosed. To come out on the good 50% is our goal - and it is looking good for you right about now - when you look in your rear view mirror, it will be all behind you - but the memory remains. And that's what will keep you goin'.
Great news and good luck

I am happy it was only "old age".
the main thing is to keep on fighting for our awareness cause I am on the good side of 50% but alot are not I met a man in ONC office who is unoperatable for lung cancer his name is dennis I told him we would pray for him. You have to keep hope alive and fight till the end no matter what comes at you.... -

Yay you! *aging* pains always makes me feel good to hear. Because we all know what the alternative is for old age, right? And we don't want that! Anyway, tell your body to keep up the good work!

congradulations for slaying your giant! Nothing but good living from here. I have 5 more to go and I'm already thanking God for continued victory over chemo and that evil invader called cancer! -

So glad to hear your news. I too met a man with in operable lung cancer when I was taking my treatments. I could see that he was losing weight and in pain each time I saw him, yet he always kept coming back, brave and ready to fight as long as he could. I hate you have pain but glad just "old age". Is this a call for a naked dance? lol. Ann -
