Pomegranate juice or pills

I will be starting the rituxan for my lymphoma after 23 years of remission. As we all know, the immune system plays a big part in controlling this disease. I have heard that the pomegranate juice or pills has a lost of antioxidant benefit. Does anyone else drink this stuff and do you have an opinion about it or something else. I'm not saying drink the juice and not take the rituxan. I'm just trying to think of all the things I can do, in addition to the rituxan, to keep this old 64-year-old body going.
