Preheat oven to 350.
Crust:
Mix together 6 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. Dump into springform pan and using a measuring cup, pack the mixture up the sides of the pan and onto the bottom. Bake for 6 minutes. Cool.

Pour filling into pan with crust and bake 1 1/4 hour (or until the top is lightly browned). Remove from heat and cool compltely.
May be topped with sweetened sour cream or canned cherry pie filling.

Hi Hissy,
'Glad to see that you not one of the "sugar feeds cancer" crew. LOL
With this disease, you gotta be allowed to indulge sometimes. One of my chemo friends swears by the no-sugar plan and sadly her cancer keeps returning. I don't think anybody has the answer.
'Love your posts, Ginny
