Saw the oncologist today for bloodwork and office visit. Bloodwork was perfect. Triology Sterotactic radiation for liver met to start Monday March 8. Five treatments, approx. 1 hour each day, including imaging and treatment. Finished Friday. Don't really know what to expect. Radoch says fatigue is the number one complaint. She said some people do experience nausea and/or diarrhea. I've got a backlog of magazines to read so I suppose if laying around reading is the worst of it, I've got it covered! Will keep you in the loop.
Regards,
Joanne

YEAH that is GREAT news Joanne!!! They told me fatigue was the number one complaint from the liver resection too, and honestly it just hasn't happened, so you never know! And reading is one of my favorite things to do that I normally don't have enough time to do....so ENJOY! Looking forward to hearing more about the treatment!

TAKE CARE JOANNE~

Hi Joanne--

I want to let you know that I will be thinking of you as you approach your upcoming treatments. I wish you the very best--minimal side effects and complete blasting away of your liver spot. Please let us know how it goes. In the meantime, you are in my prayers.

Joanne,

I will be thinking of you next week. I hope everything works out just fine and they zap the spot away, and you'll have the least amount of side effects possible. Lori
