Klatskins bile duct cancer post surgery in hospital

Is anyone familiar with klatskins bile duct cancer? My father is post surgery a little over 2 weeks. We have been having a lot of complications with infections and now a bacterial infection in the blood.
I would love to know if anyone has been through this or has any information they could share with me.
