Just wanted to let everyone know that I was told "unofficially" today that my promotion will go into effect in the next pay period (Christmas day!). I'm surprised that it happened so quickly, but happy for this great Christmas gift. Thank you all for encouraging me and sending your good wishes. A wonderful holiday season to all! I love you all and think of you as my cyber family.

LOL And honestly, we didn't threaten or intimidate at all~ we simply gave you glowing recommendations, and "encouraged" your boss to give you the raise!! LOL
    Truly, none of us in here is at all surprised that the new position is yours and so quickly too! We are soooo proud of you! A wonderful end of the year gift!

LOL Sincerely I am so happy for you. What a wonderful end to the year that started off so differently. How far you have come and what progress you have made. You inspire all of us. You have wisdom beyond your years, compassion for others, inner and outer strength, you always have fantastic, fun weekend plans, and you have fought this beast with every ounce of your being. You not only completed all your treatments you have made changes to your lifestyle that will not only help in this battle but that will make you healthier all the way around. I often forget that you are one of the youngsters on this board. You bring clarity to the many questions that crop up on this board.
    So again, Mimi, I am just tickled pink (even if it isn't my favorite color).
