Need your prayers, thoughts, good vibes etc this week

Hello all

Well my delightful 45 days of no blood tests, doctors visits, scans, etc ends this week. Tomorrow it's the blood tests and then Wednesday the drive to Salt Lake for a PET/CT Thursday morning, a rectal scope and exam Thurs afternoon, and then meet with my medical oncologist on Friday morning who will tell me "all's clear". Frankly it feels like I'm off to face a firing squad that hopefully is shooting blanks but I won't know until Friday AM. Yes I'm being a bit of the drama queen.......

And on the other hand after my doctor's appt on Friday morning I get to have brunch at the lovely little restaurant with great food at the Huntsman with Paula G and her husband John. I'm so delighted to meet some folks from the board in person!

And we're still having decent enough weather to be able to ride my horse (today in the 40's and sunny with no snow on the ground yet though some snow in the mtns.)

And right now all is well.

I'm so grateful to you all, and that I can write about my fears and know you have my back no matter what goes down.

My best wishes and love and care go to all going through treatments and starting new treatments, surgeries, scans, new trials, plus all the daily living stuff with family, finances, work, and just getting the laundry done.

    Hi Leslie,

    I will be adding you to my list of people to pray for this week. I'm writing it down so I don't forget, as my mind is a whirlwind while preparing for my scan and busy week this week too. I hope your enjoy your lunch with Paula G. and enjoy the weather and horse riding too!
    I'll be looking forward to hearing next weekend how things went for you.

    I don't know if you'll be reading this before you leave today, but hopefully you will. I'll be thinking about you and will be eager to hear how things go. Also, I'm envious that you get to meet Paula in person! Very cool!! Maybe we'll get to meet one of these days as well.
