when is roll call typically done each year?

I have seen several roll call posts in the past on this list. Is there a certain time this is done? What is the procedure and who might be in charge of doing this from time to time? |

But if you go back through the pages and find the last one, and then post your info, it will bring that one back to the forefront so that others can read it.
