I wear a cap liner from tlc wigs.  Its not the panty hose cap, but made of a fabric that wicks away your sweat.  So far, I don't have the rash and I've been wearing wigs through the day.  I got it clearance 2 for $5.99.  I'm glad I ordered it.

Pimple Heads
			
I am a pimple head girl.  They tell me it is the Cytoxen and the fact that I wear a cap and my head gets very hot.  I use T/Gel by Nutragena to help with the rashes and pimples.  It stinks but it keeps them at bay.
