SVC syndrome anyone?

I think that I may have SVC syndrome, I have been having chest pain for about a mth now and it is getting worse, I feel like someone is sitting on my chest. Today I noticed that my fingers are kind of blue like I am not getting good circulation went to my oncologist going to have a CT tomorrow has this happened to anyone else?
