RIDDLE: A small zoo had just mammals and birds. When asked how many of each they had, the zoo keeper said he had a total of 54 animals with a 140 feet total between them all. Assuming all the animals had all the feet they should have, how many birds and how many mammals were there?

    easy math (I think )
    I came up with:
    38 birds x 2 = 76
    16 mammals x 4 = 64
    total feet = 140
    total mammals = 54

Now don't ask me to name them please ;-)

    30 pigeons, 16 giraffes, 6 gorillas, and 2 zookeepers.
