I was not meaning that you thought I was selfish...the majority of the post was in response to MichelleP...the last statement was to you, where I thanked you for your comments to me and understanding.  I am sorry for the misunderstanding!  I definitely was NOT intending that email to you and I should have separated it better.


My apololgies to you for the misunderstanding and thanks to you for your words that were encouraging.  It is nice to know that I am not alone in this role of caregiverhood I have found myslef in.

Thanks for clarifying that. I really felt bad thinking that I had hurt you somehow.

It is sometimes hard to sort out just what comment applies to what...the message strings do sometimes get long and complex.

Again - I am here to hear you and remind you that you are not crazy, selfish, bad (or any other negative characterization).

It IS a really tough spot we are in as caregivers and it is nice that we can come here to vent, get feedback, advice etc.
