Did any of you see Farah's story on TV? She has suffered so much. I had wondered if she was going to be able to let go after her show was aired. I was astonished at some of the treatments she had to have. Also there was a special on our local TV Kare 11 about a rare cancer and the Dr that was treating it. It was very interesting. Did any of you from MN see it? Dr Boente from Edina was the Dr. Sometimes we wonder why we are all going through this dreadful disease. I know I have grown in many ways and live a different life ....although I long for my former life too. Hope you all have a safe holiday weekend. If you are traveling ....don't drive faster than your guardian angels can fly. God bless.

I missed the original airing of the Farrah story because I went to Relay for Life. Which I really enjoyed by the way. I couldn't decide if I wanted to watch it or not, but I was home alone the following Sunday and it was on one of the cable stations. I shed a few tears at the end, but it was interesting otherwise. I was afraid it would be depressing and in a way it was. I believe though that it was very courageous of her to videotape her journey. I pray that she is not suffering.
Have a great weekend. Hugs!

Good to meet you again. I saw on an earlier post that some of us are from Mn. Dr Boente did my surgery. I have many appointments at MOHPA also. The news carried his patient and his treatment outcome. I went onto the news website and found it under the 'extras'.
