I'm fairly new here, so to refresh your memories on me: diagnosed with Stage I colon cancer on Nov.21, operated on Nov.23. Following that I had a mammogram and was called back for "another look." There's definitely a growth there. Radiologist thinks it's a fibroadenoma, but we're doing a core needle biopsy soon, probably March 19. Would appreciate prayers, also info from anyone who has gone through this procedure. Also would like to hear about anyone having a similar scare. Thanks!

Hi,I went through the same scare about 6 month ago, went to have a mammogram and they told me that because of my colon cancer history they wanted to do a needle biopsy because they were looking at something in there and wanted to be sure that everything was fine,I know how you are feeling thank goodness I have the results in a couple of days, and it was fine no cancer, anyhow they schedule me for next one 6 months later, probably because of the colon cancer history. Most of the time that they order a biopsy the results are negative, the procedure was o.k. no pain, only a feeling of sadness while I was in that room. I am sure yours is going to be fine as well, I will praying for that.
