nutrition--why can't I eat

I was diagnosed 7/30/07 with EC and get chemo weekly. CTs show improvement and my faith is keeping me strong. I get all nutrition through a tube--resource (like ensure) and pureed foods my wife makes/buys. I can eat icecream, cookies, chips, etc but everytime i eat something cooked I vomit. This morning she made grits and scrambled eggs and let them cool to room temp but i still vomited after a couple bites. I want to EAT SOMETHING! Has anyone dealt successfully with this problem? Thanks.

    My husband had that problem.found "juicing" helped..try different temperatures (hot cold and room) as wel as perhaps megesterol from the Dr ? Hope things improve soon.
