Has anyone out there experienced blurred vision following A/C with Neulasta?

Yes, my vision got blurred. I found out after treatment when it didn't get better that I had developed cataracts from the treatment. They were not severe, but did require a revised prescription for my glasses. You may try to get your eyes checked.

    Take Care... God Bless...

Hi Karen, I too was affected. I didn't wear glasses at all before treatments. Some people have it and then it goes away while others get stuck with it. I got stuck with it-things at a distance are blurred,so when I went to get my license renewed, upon doing the eye test, I thought I could do it without my glasses and I tried *lol* I told the guy if he turned the machine on I'd tell him what was in there.Needless to say I had to pull 'em out,now I have a restriction on my drivers license.I've pretty much gotten used to wearing my glasses, but I have to take 'em off to read.So I spend a good bit of my days looking for my glasses-it's really infuriating when you searched the house over ,collapse in exhaustion only to look down and there they are hanging on your shirt or while wiping your brow they're on your head.LOL I can laugh now but when it happens again tomorrow - I'll be mad again!

Yup, me too! During the treatment, there was always one day (day 3, I believe) that I just gave up trying to look at ANYTHING small...sigh...
I am an old woman, so my eyesight was changing anyway....now that it has stopped, I am making an appointment at the eye doctor for glasses...sigh....I ALWAYS lose my sunglasses...better get 3 pairs of glasses at a time....lol

    Hugs, Kathi

I will mention it to my oncologist next week. My eyesight change is not dramatic, but is definitely there. I can't read my pill bottles or see my caller id on my phone!!! I hope that it goes away after treatment.

Simple a Side Effect of Treatments.
Some of us are not old women and never will be lolol, so loosing sight is hard to accept. I have never had good sight so could ill afford to loose anymore. I could not drive while going through treatments my periferal vision gone. I have had to quit wearing contacts since I need trifocals and can't quite accept that at 46. I drive and vision better than it was but have to say hasn't improved much over the years.
I guess the best way to look at side effects is from a view if you had weaknesses anywhere in this body they will be the first to show problems. Guess my body was a just a walking time bomb since I will never get over much of the lasting problems left behind from my treatment process. I can only be grateful for the time my life has been prolonged and that I am. Everyday there are new things to be grateful for and this has truly changed the coarse of my being.
I have found this thing called living is just plain hard work.
Being good to myself and others is where I am.

    Hey Karen,

Well I have blurred vision too for several days after A/C. They don't give me Neulasta, I had a bad side effect to the drug. I do think my sight improves toward the end of the 3 weeks and before I go for another treatment. I will be having a new eye exam too after it is all over and done with.

    Good Luck
    Blessings

    Dear Toninasky,
That's exactly how I have been. My eyesight has improved somewhat this week. I will be going in for #2 on Thursday, (November 2). We'll see what happens then. Thanks for sharing that.
