Hello, my mother has been detected a 10cm liver cancer which is extending to the lungs. Doctors are saying she will not live after summer or maximum christmas. I would like to know if somebody has survived to a similar situation for some reasonable time, because I dont want her to live two months longer and suffer all that time with different treatments. I would apreciate a lot any information you could give me. Thank you very much, wish you faith and good luck to all.

Sorry that your mother has this difficulty. I've posted my survival story on network webpage. I had a large tumor, but it had not spread to my lungs. There's always hope when you believe in God... Keeping as active as possible, lots of water and good nutrition can improve quality of life and hospice nurses(dedicated to care for the dying) are terrific with pain control. I know someone who is a hospice director and they've had client's do so well that they've been discharged from hospice alive! Hope you and your mother are getting lots of support. Sincerely,KG
