be sure if you have had thyroid removed or thyroid issues, to keep an eye on how your situation plays a part with your adrenal gland and pituitary gland, make sure they are in balance...if thyroid off balance, throws other two off balance.....excellent book to read is feeling fat, fuzzy and frazzled by dr shames....explains how thyroid can throw other two areas off.....this is what happened to me
