Hi Mike
I research this area thoroughly and am using it to keep my psa down to a level where I don't have to go on one of the hormonal treatments.
If you can get hold of a book called 'Your Life in Your Hands' by Prof Jane Plant it is worth reading for this area. A non medic she had breast cancer, a hormonal affliction like prostate and hers would not go away after all the treatments the medical world could give her. So she researched breast and prostae cancer causes and came up with a plan for diet and exercise that cured her. I basically follow that diet. By the way I remember on this site a lady whose husband was on Lupron and didn't like it and went on this diet and he appears to be stable. She was also a breast cancer sufferer. Time passes but it felt as though it was earlier this year. If I can find it I will sent another message. All the best Photon0
