I was told that we were not even supposed to be able to perform for at least 6 months after the surgery. But then again, my wife was pregnant one month later (definitely mine) :~)
I was in so much pain and swollen so bad still 2 weeks after surgery that it was the LAST thing on my mind! Your surgery must have went better than mine did

But the decrease is still supposed to be common.

We did it 2 weeks after my kidney was removed. I am female and 47 yrs old. I was never told to refrain. oops
