what do you'll think about pet scans. Are they good in catching everything.

can be good but beware they do tend to pick up a lot of stuff that is not cancer0

I had one and they found "something" on bottom of my spine. This wasafter chemo before radiation which was put on hold pending results. Dr. thought (like I really believed him) that is was scar tissue or artritis. I put myself through pure panicy hell witing for results which turned out to be some some common, harmless and benign thing that doesn't usually show up on pet scand or mri's or cat scans. Lucky me!0

yes pet scans are very good the show any cancer that you have. I would recommend to anyone.0
