colon surgery to liver surgery?

This is my first post. I found out this week that I have a spot on my liver that may require surgery. 2 years ago, I had 12 inches of colon removed. My CEA levels were 1-2 ever since, until this last test, and they were 4.9. A Cat Scan showed the spot. It is a centimeter in size. Liver surgery is not done in my area. I have an appointment at OSU Medical Center on Friday. Most likely will have a Pet Scan done. Does anyone have any idea what treatment will be offered? I was totally unaware that this might happen. Had my head buried in the sand.

I am replying to my own post. No surgery in the immediate future. More tests and keeping an eye on it.
