Hi Pablo,
Can't really offer you much advice, but I know exactly what you're going through - I put myself through hoops trying to do the right thing. My doctor says the same thing by the way - cancer cells (buggers that they are) take what they can get, no matter what you put in. A friend, admittedly lacking any medical knowledge, but having lots of common sense, says - anything you can eat with a smile on your face can't be that bad. I try and be healthy - but don't want to punish myself either - that's not doing me any good. I'll eagerly watch for your replies.

honestly? I just try to eat healthy. i haven't been weighing meat vs. veggies vs grains vs organic or anything. i have been neurotic enough going through this and I do not intend to be neurotic the rest of my life.

I have done basically the same thing. Try to eat lots of fruits and veggies. I did hear that fried foods are full of carcinogens and are bad for you. So, I try to avoid fried foods like french fries, fried chicken, ect.
Other than that, I really eat whatever I want.
Hope this helps.
