Hello. I wanted to share that a conference for Physicians, Nurses, HealthCare will be held in September in South New Jersey focusing on Lesbians and Breast Cancer. This is the first of what hopes to be an annual program. It's time has come and long over due!
I wanted to share with the board that Fox Chase Virtua Health Cancer Program in Voorhees, NJ is hosting a free seminar called "Sensuality and Sexuality: enhancing relationships for women with cancer.
Dr. Beverly Whipple - an expert in women's sexuality issues and cancer experience will be the guest speaker. She is an amazing speaker and international bestseller. The program will focus on the issues related to breast cancer treatment (physical changes from treatment), emotional concerns and how to enhance or rediscover intimacy and relationships. We have many patients and significant others coming to the event. The program is FREE and located in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. If you are local - please join us. Call 1-888-VIRTUA-3 (1-888-847-8823) to register for free and for program information/directions.
