Help me locate my neighbor, Her name is Maileen Zimmerman.

My neighbor is at an Ovarian Cancer Survivor conference this weekend. I am to take care of her cat but the key to her house is not working. The vet told me the cat could go 2 days without food so I let her enjoy the conference. But...now I need to reach her. I need her to call the Radnor Police and tell them I have permission for them to help me get into her house. If I can't reach her I will have to break a window or starve the cat. Please help me.
