Hi Thought I would just tell you that younger surgeons now have to undergo councesslling teaching so they deal with peopel who have cancer more sympathetically now they say What do you think it is and lead the patient into it then they ask do you want quality of lise orquantity of life so at least in th end you made the decision and did not d=fell pressuirued into it depressiopn following cance rtreatment is more widespread than peopel know and i am sure peopel would at least not look back with regrets if this tactic was employed

Hi. I am about a month post-treatment and I have derpession and fatigue. I certainly thought the hard part was enduring the physical treatments, but this post-cancer mental condition is tough. I am glad to hear that they are now required to take those classes. They just keep improving more and more each day. I will tell you that a lot of the cancer centers have support groups and on-staff counseling, just keep calling around and also speak to your doctor about the anxiety and depression. You must keep praying. Newver underestimate the power of prayer. I hope this helped.
