Compuslive Lying

My boyfriend has a brain tumor and has recently started lying compulsively. I caught him in very large lies that don't really affect major things, but his lies are extremely detailed and amazingly planned out. Does anyone know whether this is a symptom of his brain tumor? I'm trying to get a grip on what's going on.

I have never heard of this as a symptom of a brain tumor, but I would contact the American Cancer Society in your area to find out. It would put your fears to rest. Sorry, other than that, can't help.
