I just found out the Xyotac was approved for FDA 'fast tract'. What does that mean and has anyone heard of this drug?

Yes Margo; I just read an article on this; It's a new chemo. regiment for Advanced NSCLC. If I remember correctly it combines a standard chemo with an agent/chemical that allows higher doses of the chemo to be more selectively used. I'm not sure where I saw it, suggest you try NCI, ASCO, or Lungcancersurvivors.org for more details. Hope this helps.
God bless and be well
