Herbal Colon Cleansers

I just wanted to know if anybody here has tried these cleansers. How do they make you feel? Do they make you go to the toilet every five minutes, as I don't need that. I have bought some Organika Herbal Colon Cleanser capsules, I haven't started taking them as yet. Do these cleansers make you feel better.
