eat lots of kale and broccoli/carrot juice

kale is great steamed an has lutein, which attacks breast cancer. in fact, the disease is 88% less common in Kale eaters. no downside to this! (-:

    sorry there is a down side. Wish i could eat kale and broccoli but if you are on large amounts of blood thinners you can't eat green leafy veg. Because of the vit K the produce.
