follow up visits with oncologist

Does anyone have good ways to handle anxiety that comes with quarterly visits to the oncologist and yearly MRI scans? |

I have just recently finished my chemo and am beginning to do the quarterly visits. My Dr. said that I could get a CA 125 every month if it would reduce my anxiety. I have done that and it does. See if your Dr. will let you do a monthly CA 125. (MIne said that more often than that is a waste.)
