please tell what or how to deal with it

My mother-law is 83 years old. And I real don't understand what she is going thought, I moved in to help her but she is turn mean.
About every 2 or 3 weeks she will tell me to move then, when i say ok the next day she acts like nothing is going on. Please tell me what i can do for the mood swings
