Anybody have any encouraging stories about having kids after being treated? My son is being told different things, he'll be sterile, he'll be able to have kids in a couple years, whats the truth, or doesn't anybody know for sure?

    Success, and Hope
    Hi,

I don't know if you saw my other reply...but I had an RPLND and my wife and I had a baby 1 year later. There is hope! Fertility is different for everyone. From your other post, it said that he banked--so his bases should be covered.

Feel free to ask me any other questions. I was diagnosed in 2007, had a Radical Orchiectomy then an RPLND...and I have been doing just fine. I'm in my mid 20's.
