Scared

Hi Everyone,

It has been a week or so that my wife was feeling very tired so we have decided to make an appointment with our family doctor and she made her do a blood test
After a week and a half of waiting time... we called her office to find out about the results but we were told that the results didn't need it any follow-up
However, one week later (today) I got a call from her office and now she wants to see her for a follow-up

I am personally so scared? does this mean anything serious??
