Who knows about immunotherapy?

in Ovarian Cancer #1
I am a patient with a history of breast cancer and currently have ovarian cancer. I have been reading an ddoing research for the best treatment options and I am hearing a lot about immunotherapy and vaccine trials. anyone knows anything? or has been through such an experience?
