Who knows about immunotherapy?

I am a patient with a history of breast cancer and currently have ovarian cancer. I have been reading an ddoing research for the best treatment options and I am hearing a lot about immunotherapy and vaccine trials. anyone knows anything? or has been through such an experience?

tried a vaccine trial
I took part in a clinical trial for the CVAC vaccine. I received 7 of the 10 injections until my cancer returned. I have read recently that they are very pleased with the results they are getting. It may be something for you to look into. I was in CAN-003 by BioMed
