I had my bilateral mastectomy on Friday, with all lymph nodes removed on the rt and a sentinel biopsy on the left.My pain level was awful, but tolerable with the meds. I am still taking pain meds. Got my ornament today

I feel like a cancer fraud
I know that I have breast cancer. I have had a lumpectomy with a sentinal node biopsy. The biopsy was negative and stage 1b tumor. Now I have to have a mastectomy. Bad dreams
Since being on chemo, I'm having more than usual bad dreams. Last night I dreamed my tumors returned to full size. It was so real. I normally don't dream that much anyway, not that I remember. Anyone else having different than normal dreams while on chemo?
