I can take the batteries out and shut it down. However, my chemo-nurse told me if something like that happened to clamp off the tube so I don't bleed back into…

Just goes to show you that you never know
when your time is up. Another one bites the dust. The TV Pitchman, Billy Mays just died. Everyone dies, there is no escaping it. In a strange way we are lucky. We've had a close call so hopefully we are more appreciative to things in life. It can all change in the blink of an eye.…

Yeah, just got my pump off. It was 100 degrees today. I had a bunch of stuff to do. Now I feel like crap. I think I might be a bit dehydrated. Either way folfox sucks. I'll be glad when no one has to take this 5fu anymore.

Update from Mike49
I know I have been absent awhile but just blame it on post-chemo euphoria. I had a PET scan which revealed one small area on my Liver. I have been here before with good scans and not good ones so I try to remain steady but tonight I am drinking some wine. Chip

This relates to your prior post about being worse than you had hoped. There have been some interesting things pop up in just the last month or two. When conventional therapy stops working, we should qualify for 2-3 very promising new trials that started this month or last. Check them out. I think you will qualify for 2 of…
