how do you get over it?
I can not help the anxioud feeling I get everytime I hear about someone else's Cancer coming back or dieing from a reoccurance. I will anxious all the time although my oncologist says I am fine. How do I go on with my life without constant worry??

AC and menopause
I've had two cycles of AC and my periods are still coming like clockwork. I'm 45 and was expecting the chemo to halt things at least temporarily, but probably permanently. How was it for those of you that were premenopausal when you started AC? Thanks, FC

eat lots of kale and broccoli/carrot juice
kale is great steamed an has lutein, which attacks breast cancer. in fact, the disease is 88% less common in Kale eaters. no downside to this! (-:

i feel like i might have really messed up

Reconstruction or Not?
I have just finished chemo and my onocologist wants me to wait a year before doing reconstruction because this time the breast cancer was a recurrence and it was growing quite rapidly. chemo and low blood counts
