how long will the shortness of breath last?
i had a lobectomy on 4/11. this wes due to rectal/squmos cell that spread to the lung. i now am unable to walk very short distances without getting short of breath. i dont know what types of exercises to do being that i have problems breathing. please help

New treatment today-Topotecan-anyone have this chemo?
Latest CT scan shows the existing lung tumor has gotten bigger and now a mass near adrenal gland was found. I just finished my regular chemo mid June. Onco doc started me today on topotecan, every Monday for 3 weeks. Then week off, do a scan and see how things are. Anyone familiar with this drug?
