Exchange surgery tomorrow!!!!!!
Finally, my exchange surgery is tomorrow. Can't wait to get this over with. Getting the tissue expanders taken out and a soft squishy silicone implant put in. I'm also having my nipple done at the same time and a "lift" of my right breast. I'm also having my ovaries removed too. Hugs, Jean

Survivors of IBS
I have IBS I know my chances are greater for recurrence then other cancers. I have had chemo and surgery and Pathology came back NED. I still have to do Rads. BRAVA breast enhancement shaper/pump
Has anyone gotten this BRAVA unit to stretch the breast? I just filed for bankruptcy and can not afford to buy one. I know I was measured a 38C. I asked my surgeon what you do with it when your all done and it looks like your stuck with it or maybe give to a cancer donation spot. KRKATH

IT started.....
My scalp has burned/tingled since last night. Just put hands through hair and it's coming out....reality is setting in. I am a cancer patient and pissed off about it.

New to the board with Inflammatory Breast Cancer
Hello, I was diagnosed with stage 3 Inflammatory Breast cancer last Tuesday. I will have my first chemo treatment next Tuesday, Dec 7. I am finally coming to terms with this diagnosis and my attitude is positive, but I am terrifed!

prayers accepted
Chemo #3 is tomorrow morning. Asking all to pray with me for "No bad side effects". Chemo #1 was bad, #2 was hard, would like a brake and get through #3 with few side effects. T/C in the morning and Neulasta shot Wed. at 1. Starting steroids tonight. Prayer is powerful..will pray for all on this board also.

Hi. Had bi-lateral mastectomy on Nov. 10th. Had trouble sleeping, but usually slept about 4 hours at a time more or less. Anyone still have low white blood cell and neutrophil count months after chemo/rads?
I finished 6 rounds of TAC in May, '10. Ten days after my 6th and final treatment, I was put into the hospital for 5 days for a neutropenic fever due to really low white blood cell and neutrophil counts. Have suspicious calcifications should I have the wire biopsy done. Already had the needle biopsy.
I recently found that I have microcalcifications and was told I should have a wire biopsy. They did the needle biopsy but were not able to determine if it was cancer or not...only that they were suspicious.
