WORRED WEATHER TO HAVE OTHER NON CANCER BREAST REMOVED AT THE SAME TIME!!
MY RAD. MAST. IS SCED. IN JAN. I HAVE IIIB INVAS. BC. CHEMO HAS SHRUNK THE TUMOR (ALMOST GONE)!!! THANK GOD FOR THAT! THE ONCO & SURGEON DO NOT FEEL IT IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE OTHER "HEALTHY" BREAST. I NEED ADVICE. I DO NOT WANT TO EVER GO THROUGH CHEMO AGAIN!!!

Has anyone used Cytoxan & Taxol as their chemo drugs? I am Stage 1 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, had a lumpectomy and will begin chemo soon. I was told that this combination of drugs is not a traditional breast cancer treatment and I am concerned.

I have finished chemo and almost radiation, I have stage 3a, my Dr. said he still considered it early stage. I am on Tamoxifen and herceptin. Is there any reason my Dr never told me about what my marker is. Too nervous to ask at this point.
