This week has been tough, I lay in bed most of the day. It takes a few hours to get myself together to go to rad. Treatment. The dark burned areas around my pelvic area are pretty much back to normal now. Post Treatment Diet & Exercise
After 3.5 weeks post treatment I am starting to feel pretty good. My wounds are healed and my only complaint is digestion. I lost 20 pounds and have had a low appetite. I am primarily eating bland no-fiber foods. Now I need more calories to get my energy back, but I'm not sure how to reintroduce "normal" foods. The Doctors…

I see this often recommended here. My rad team was opposed to this. Even though the possibility of bladder damage is possible. Everyone should check with their rad team first

Numbers low radiation no go for now
