The PET scan report is sitting here on the table, Jim picked it up today, but I can't bring myself to read it. We'll see his surgeon at Loyola tomorrow and let her spell it out for us. I just feel scared it's not going to be good news. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers. Thanks, April

We are here, arrived safely, WONDERFUL flight (I slept most of it...lol!)
We have now made another sucessful switch. And the bonus is that this time, my daughter came with us! YEA!!! The flight was not full, so we spread out in our little cabin...Me with 2 seats, Kristy also with 2, and Hans with 3....I slept laying down for more than half of the flight. Hi! So, my platelets went up to 105 so I got FOLFOX #5 today. More good news ... realy good news ... My CEA dropped!!!!! from 18.3 to 16.2 Woo Hoo! Maybe the FOLFOX will work after all. The Onc gave me a script for some caps called CREON. WOW.... has it ever worked!!!! If any of you are having diarrhea problems...get your enzymes checked. Dec 6th I recieved my folfox #5 treatment and got unplugged on the Dec 8th. I usually get a white blood cell shot unless they are high enough.
