Adenocarcinoma
Husband 60 years, diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of small intestines, metastised to liver, and peritoneum, in stage IV. No chemo started yet due to recent surgery to remove large sections of bowel. I have recently discovered my mothers stage 3 rectal cancer was a high-grade cancer. She is currently cancer free. This obviously means it was agressive. I know she can still survive this but I guess I'm looking for a little more comfort. She is 56 years old and had one node involved. julie

what are your thoughts on this hand foot syndrome
Tim has been off chemo for four weeks now but the hand foot syndrome from the oxaliplatin is getting worse he can no longer button or fasten most anything. Any ideas on what he can do to overcome this? As always I appreciate your help and info. Are there any trials going on? Louise

Was diagnosed with "SCC in Situ (at least)" two weeks ago. Surgeon wants to remove entire tumour so that more definitive path report can be made. That's scheduled for March 22.
