Loosing my hair!

If Anyone needs a free wig and things
I would tell them to go to thier local american cancer office. I got a very nice wig and bra with the prosetic( spelling off) . They are very kind. Now when I go on interviews I be looking more normal.

Waiting for 2nd path rept but...
So after re-excision last Thursday I am axiously awaiting another path report. Up til now I was praying for big and clear margins in what was left of my leftie... however, after reading all the good boobie news from my sisters I'm beginning to rethink things a bit HA! E and fish oil/radiaton
My brother who is a respiratory therapist says if I'm going to have radiation I should start taking vitamin E and fish oil at double the normal rate to help prevent random damage to the lungs. Has anyone ever heard anything like that? Thanks

Working during chemo
My chemo treatments are on Tuesdays, Neulasta shots on Wednesday am, 8 rounds every 2 weeks. I went through the first round with few side effects. Although I didn't work the day of chemo I wasn't really that tired and probably could have worked. I'm a bookkeeper...a fairly sedentary work environment. I did work every day…

Worried about colds, flu, etc
I just went through the first of 8 rounds of chemo this week. I worked all week except the first day, Tuesday, but I didn't go out much for fear of getting sick. Of course, there was a "viral" cold going around and by Friday, despite my caution, I got it! I would like to join a support group and start going to church again…

Missed my 1st Cancerversary...oops!

geting used to new sensations since mastectomy
